I feel all relationships demand more from us than giving. It is emotionally draining people.We are wearing special masks made exclusively for each one in relationships for wife,children,friends,relatives.How many kinds of masks we have to wear in this life.Most of us buried our true self in the bottom of our heart after the adolescent age.I think that's why we remember our school days more .When we remember we can feel our true self.Pressures of life changed everything we are chasing the wind while ignoring our true self. We are so much scared of rejection.(what if they rejected me if I do this?)This underlying questions always pop-up in our mind whenever we want to try some thing new.
                   We should seek our true inner self and accept us for what we are. 

               If we give a room to our child of 10 year old won't we except them to kept it clean and tidy?How much we want our children to act responsible in all matters,but before God we are not ready to take our responsibilities instead we like to blame God like"why did you create Earth like this? , why that happened?" so many questions we are asking but when do we understand answer is us.
             He created us worthy and potent to manage this world perfectly but we forget our birthright like Esau went behind entertainment and enjoyment forgetting all the responsibilities God gave us in this life.Earning money for our Family is not the only responsibility we have.There is nowhere in the bible said being rich is your ultimate responsibility.

Amazing Bible prophecies

            People thought Christianity originated 2,000 years ago from the roots of Judaism.If we started to see Christianity as a mere religion we failed to acknowledge Jesus and the continuous outreach of Jehovah through old covenant and new covenant.We don't need religion but we need the personal relationship with God.That what God desire in us.
          Please take a look at verse Zechariah 11:12,13
 And I said to them, If it seems just and right to you, give me my wages; but if not, withhold them. So they weighed out for my price thirty pieces of silver.

And the Lord said to me, Cast it to the potter [as if He said, To the dogs!]—the munificently [miserable] sum at which I [and My shepherd] am priced by them! And I [Zechariah] took the thirty pieces of silver and cast them to the potter in the house of the Lord.

       

                   Do you know who said this? Father ,The Lord of Hosts,The God who said I am who I am .Lord expect the honor and respect from everyone of us.We are lacking in awe of God.They equal their Lord to thirty pieces of silver.When Jesus Son of God came to earth to live among us(even though we continuously ignore him),to extend his hand to save us,his own people priced him to thirty pieces of silver.Doesn't it shows that Jesus is Elohim ,The Father he came as a Son to save us.

               This prophecy fulfilled when Judas Iscariot who walked with Jesus for 3 and1/2 years betrayed Jesus for thirty pieces of silver!

       [Now] He is the exact likeness of the unseen God [the visible representation of the invisible]; He is the Firstborn of all creation.(Colossians 1:15)

                                 Unseen God came to Earth as Jesus our savior to save and heal us.

    are we  replacing God with money ,Status and other material possessions ?Did we equal his Majesty to the worldly possessions?Even our Soul is priceless compared to this world,but still we are destroying our ways and ignore God.
           If God ask you  today how much you need me,respect me what will be your answer?

             No bible school can taught you to be compassionate only Holy Spirit can.It is the most essential qualification for the man of God.

                 The day will come philosophies of the wise people and education will amount to nothing.Those who poor in their spirits(not in this world and I am not talkin' bout money)will be comforted.
                Here in this world no one may understand you.You may get trampled by the burden(sorrows) which you could not lift.You may crushed under the feet of greedy and proud people.Remember Lord is watching over you.He is coming for you ,to save you.Jesus will lift your right hand and say "Fear not for I am with you" in front of all the people who looked down on you.
            let's be patient till he comes and our all sorrows will be gone forever.

              All of us get addicted to one thing or many things from harmful drug abuse to harmless habits such as passion for work-out.Of course everyone of us has our own addiction.I like to read books sometimes its so crazy to read the same books again and again but this book addiction thing I got from my father.He loves to read books and he introduced me to the book reading.He always has his spectacles on his face while the dinner were served and like to hold his favorite book in one hand and ate the dinner.Most of the time I had seen him tasting the book more than the food.
           If my Dad loves to read like that there must be something in the books that I must also read.Now I had this same crazy habit of reading book while taking dinner.Good thing is he introduced me the books of Witness Lee,Watchman nee,A.W Tozer and other important magazines too.It helped me a lot.
              What I'm trying to say is whatever your addiction is get addicted to the love of Jesus.His love will take you away from all other harmful addiction.Only his love heals,because of his Love we have hope.His love satisfies our soul more than anything we believe that it would.

Our love for Jesus

                 I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem, if you find my beloved, that you tell him that I am sick from love [simply sick to be with him].

            What is your beloved more than another beloved, O you fairest among women [taunted the ladies]? What is your beloved more than another beloved, that you should give us such a charge? (Songs of Solomon 5:8,9)

                   
      Shulammite is a perfect evangelist who shows the love of king Solomon to the daughters of Jerusalem.Here Solomon is the perfect example of Jesus and Shulammite is the example for the followers of Jesus.If the people ask us what is so special in Jesus that you follow him?Could we answer bravely like her.Do we know Jesus so closely as much as a girl  sick from love?

          Oh!how beautifully she narrate about her lover!She knows him that  much and when she told daughters of Jerusalem they readily accept that he was so special.They followed him too.Too many Gospel meetings were held and almost all people know about Jesus but true lovers of Jesus are getting less and less.People come for healing,money and blessings(these are important too) and ignore his love.Our Lord's love is so special.Our Life must show Jesus to others not mere words .When people see the true love between Jesus and Us they will want him too as this world is too hungry for love and peace.Let's know him more and more and it takes  eternity to know him.

 In everything we have won more than a victory because of Christ who loves us. I am sure that nothing can separate us from God’s love—not life or death, not angels or spirits, not the present or the future,  and not powers above or powers below. Nothing in all creation can separate us from God’s love for us in Christ Jesus our Lord!(Romans 8:37,38,39)

Where is the Sixth sense?

                     Don't worry if someone sneer at you,Don't doubt your worth for a second.God created him as well as you but the sneering personalities forget that they are mocking at God's work.Each and everyone has their own weakness and strength,we don't have to pretend as know-it-all.If the car mocks at bike for just having two wheels and explains him how four wheels feels good.What do we call that? Utter foolishness.Everyone is serving their purpose properly in the world as long as they are not harmful to anyone .
              Be wise and don’t sue a fool.
    You won’t get satisfaction,
    because all the fool will do    is sneer and shout.(proverbs 29:9)Bible calls the scoffers as fools.
                   
                     Tiger won't eat another tiger.Lion won't eat another Lion but the man verbally attack and abuse the fellow human being.They Gossip about one another and carries fake smiles on their face.We are getting inferior to animals morally.We are not superior beings just because the technologies invented.Character only makes us human not inventions.
            

There are only two kinds of people in relationships one who does inappropriate or bad things and other one gets angry at things done or said in a inappropriate or bad manner.

          You could have won 1000 souls and lead them to Christ but without purity in soul it would be nothing.Most people in churches started to think sin means drinking alcohol,smoking,murdering and prostitution.
         Pagans also considered this as severe crime.then why are we following Jesus?What makes it so special to follow him?Let's search our heart for answer.

 Blessed (happy, fortunate, prosperous, and enviable) is the man who walks and lives not in the counsel of the ungodly [following their advice, their plans and purposes], nor stands [submissive and inactive] in the path where sinners walk, nor sits down [to relax and rest] where the scornful [and the mockers] gather.(psalms 1:1)
                   Everyone knows this verse .It is one of the most famous Sunday school verse teachers taught the kids.Most of the kids know that they shouldn't befriend with people going in a wrong way ,but what about these scornful and mockers?who are they ? How could we identify them?Is there any definition given in bible? Yes. If we read in proverbs 21:24 
The proud and haughty man—Scoffer is his name—deals and acts with overbearing pride.
                  Scornful people are proud and haughty.GOD advises us to stay away from them.The three friends of Job are scoffers.They are so proud and haughty because of their vast knowledge about God (unbelievable huh?).I don't know whether Job know about his friends before his loss or not .If Job stayed away from this kind of people,he would have escape from their sharp tongues.Scoffers forget God comforts depressed people,they just like to manifest their knowledge and when the right time came they grabbed the opportunity to accuse the poor fellow falsely.
                   Hmmmm actually Job only had those three friends to help and comfort him and those three turns out to be scoffers.(that's pretty harsh).I wonder if we have to stay away from scoffers do we have friends anymore?The bitter answer is most of us would not have one .True friends are like diamond.If we have a true friends who are not scoffers ,we are the most richest person in the world.I decided to stay away from scoffers even if I don't have any friend .We don't have to live in abuse.God doesnot told so and its not the doctrine of love like many people thinks.
                Drive out the scoffer, and contention will go out; yes, strife and abuse will cease.(proverbs 22:10)

These gossip-mongers in the church are ruining the body of Christ.

Christianity is not a religion its a commitment like a commitment between husband and wife

                        Do you ever comfort a person in his stress without judging them or mock at their problems?Even after you mourn and cry for them with a pure heart ,they may gossip and laugh at your problems.It may hurt you like thousand knives went into your heart.Remember you are not alone. Mr.Job and Mr.David ,King of Israel are the same kind of person they were treated very badly by the  people who got all the goodness from them.
                         Mr.Job and Mr.David,King of Israel  didn't suffer from any behavior problems still their patience are tested by people.They loved too much,They gave too much is that a problem?
                    "People are cruel","There is no such good person","this world is so bad" we may hear words like this but see what happen to the good person?.people crucified Jesus after he did everything for them and there is no one to talk on his side.His disciples ran away too.I just don't understand where is the conscience of these people?Don't they know about Jesus ?.
                   Still they crucified him.yes .Most of the people crucify good people who indeed help them in every way and I still don't know why.The most funny part of this is everyone search for a good person in need and crucify him later.It is so perplexing too.

                             The place where Lord God lives became heaven.We don't have to run here and there for peace of mind,we don't have to try anything just let Jesus live in your heart,Let him be the king of your Land(heart) then no enemy will harass you.We have to learn a lesson from the Bible .
            In Judges we saw repeatedly that when Israelites dedicate themselves to God and honour him he saved them from all troubles and oppression from enemies.When their surroundings became peaceful they forget the Lord who helped them and fall back from their dedication and started worshipped idols and this behaviour leads to their suppression and destruction.
             Again when they repented God sympathised for them.It became the cyclic event in their life.Now we christians are not so different from them.If we are in problem we would search him with all our heart,we might not have anyone or anything to trust .God would help us overcome all the problems and bless us abundantly.It may be better life than before,a good job,richness,healthy body,popularity or anything of this sort.What are we doing ?Most of the time we forget Lord and give the throne to our best life partner or children or money and make it a idol .God would not be in the place where  he is not worshipped.God would not be there to watch us worshipping false Gods and if he is not there with us none of our false Gods will save us.It will surely spoil our peace of mind.
         JESUS is knocking at your door please open your heart accept him .Let THE PRINCE OF PEACE reign your heart.He will stop enemies from hassling you.You will start see the salvation and wonders of his hand.   

            Children are naturally adamant(they won't do what they are told to )stubborn(in getting whatever they wish for),impolite(behaving rudely to guests or other children pathetically parents are joined in this wagon too),greed(It may be just a toy or dress one's friends),jealousy(It often came when their parents compare them with other kids).If you let them behave in the same way you are likely to destroy their moral character.
           I saw some parents bragging with a wide grin "oh.My kids know how to get what they want","My daughter always call me by name","He is so brave and undaunted he never fears anyone"(yeah he's never afraid of his parents too after some time they'll never be able to guide the kids.I'm using the word "guide" not control.Many parents imagine discipline=control that's so wrong .Guide them walk with them side by side,understand their strength and weakness.
         But the problem is people are moving towards achievement not building a character.They just want to talk about their kids achievements all day that's fine what about their character?Did you ever see a parent brags about his child being polite,kind and good character but have no academic achievement?.We gave grades to our children in exams more than correcting their faults individually.We are developing superbrains more than good human being.We are destroying the humanity and individuality within them.We forget they are the next generation we are going to leave this earth for them.Question is are they ready to make this earth a better place to live.This longing still continues.

           "Remember that people will be nice to you if you are nice to them" My parents and school teachers used to say it often.When I act like they said people treat me like a use and throw tissue paper.
            Some times I even felt one day  there won't be single good person in the world if they continue doing this to the nice people.I saw people minimize the use of words such as pity ,kindness , caring and compassion.These words sounds like captions for charity or volunteering organization.Where are these traits within us?Why these traits are regarded as weakness?. we taught the same to our children too.If we ignore these good traits and push it aside as weakness how we raise the next generation and lead them in the good path.

        One good friend challenged me to show God "otherwise" he said " I won't believe there is God".It may be good topic for debate but the truth is, could see the breeze?could you see the current which operates all the machines even though it is invisible?could you show love ?what is the shape of love?.There are some things which we can only feel ,give you peace of mind.After all no one can see the soul but almost everyone accepts that they have soul.See the works of God of course Nature is the work of God.

       
          Salvation is for yesterday, today and tomorrow.Its a gift from God.Its upto us to get this free gift daily through prayer.What if we get a authorized e-mail from a government asking you to sign up to receive your free gift daily?won't we sign it up? .Salvation is the precious gift from God.Gift is nothing but Jesus his son.So log on through prayer get connected with God to receive his Salvation through Jesus.
         Love God like you love your life partner,your mother, father ,brother,sister . Respect him like you respect  your higher officials.Then you know whether you really love your family and respect your higher officials.
                 If you see some people slow to anger ,don't please don't try their patience by criticizing or teasing.Criticizing and teasing doesn't comes under the category of love ,you are just taking advantage of their meekness.Meekness is not weakness.If you are taking advantage of other's patience and goodness you are not a real christian not even a human being.
 God gave everyone of us self-will to choose ,decide and desire things.If you submit your free-will to God your motive and ideas always bring peace to your family. Don't try to push all your ideas into their brain .Loving your family without affecting their free-will doesn't mean be their puppet,No.accept each other.Have good motives about one another .Make your living place heaven .

Jesus is the only God who show the way for this life and the life after death.Your real life starts after death and this is just a trial period we are living.

Is babtism necessary?

                Many things seems foolish to people ,if they didn't care for it.One of it is baptism so many dispute running all over the world.Some of the said it didn't matter as the thief in the cross get saved in his last breath.Gentiles received holy spirit even before they got baptized therefore some tend to say baptism is a  meaningless ritual performed by Christians.
                No, it is not. What is the purpose of wedding ring?The day a man and woman stand in front of God and priest taking their wedding vows isn't that enough?what's the need of wedding ring there?They both are madly in love and they agreed before everyone they will live together and their marriage is approved by all and registered too,still they need wedding ring.Don't they know they're married ?Is it a custom to wear the wedding ring?is it a meaningless ritual?. No,certainly not. Its a symbol of Love.Its the physical sign that they are in love with each other.Its an agreement of mutual trust between two hearts.When people see wedding ring or holy rope tied around in neck(India)  they will understand that they are couples.
               when you're simply in love you don't have much responsibilities but after marriage you both work together to build a home,carry one another problems(not just sharing),respect their traits and the list goes endlessly.Of course it is a endless journey of two people understanding each other on the way.Baptism also seems meaningless and irrelevant but it brings God and you in a mutual agreement and trust.It shows how much you love him and your life is totally dedicated to the God Almighty.Its not just a physical sign its a sign that God has given to those who love him truly.

                We couldn't help everyone in need but we can speak kind words to the people we know."I can understand .Don't worry" is not just a word its a pill for those who struggling with their life even though you couldn't understand them at least don't judge or criticize them or their problem.Almighty God watches everything remember.

How long is eternity?

               I read a story somewhere to explain the unmeasurable time period of eternity.There is a Land in a far away North called Svithjod.There stands a mighty rock which is few hundred miles high and few hundred miles wide.Once in a every thousand years a little bird came up there  to sharpen its beak.When the rock worn away(due to the sharpening of its beak!)then a single day of eternity will have gone by.
            seems like its not going to end.Are we ready to live a eternal life with Jesus?If we could not lead a pure life for atleast 60-70 years in this world remember how could we live there with a pure mind and soul eternally?
          No one with a dirty mind(rarely,occasionally,sometimes,often- these words doesn't work with God.)can enter the kingdom of God.Our Living God doesn't change today tomorrow and forever and in eternity there is no grace period to fall back in sin and crying bucket of tears for forgiveness.There is no angel standing in front of the Gate to Heaven spreading a magical wand around your(our) head and make us pure in soul instantly.Purity is something we must practice in this world.If we live with Jesus here in our Life span (i.e)60-70 years,he will be ready to live with us there in his Life span (i.e) Eternity.Afflictions we face in this earth is not equal to the glory we will obtain in Heaven. In Revelation 22:11,12 Bible says

"Let the one who does wrong, still do wrong; and the one who is filthy, still be filthy; and let the one who is righteous, still practice righteousness; and the one who is holy, still keep himself holy."

"Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to every man according to what he has done".

Grace Vs Self-righteous

               Self righteous is always against God's Grace.It always says "God see what I did for you?"Why God accept the sacrifice of Abel and not pleased with Cain.Cain is the First-born son of Adam and Eve.Cain's name means"possesion". Farming the land is not a easy Job, It requires lot of hard work.One must remember there is no rainfall on those days(Genesis 2:5,6).Cain must plan the irrigation for his farming Land.God created Adam told him to take care of the Eden ,Tend  and Guard it.Serpent sneaked in and beguiled them using their carelessness.They bring forth the curse to all the human kind ,God prophesied them about seed of woman who crush all the curse over them.Then they were clothed with the skin of animals by God.
               Cain knew all about this was so careful about tilling his land.I wonder still there is no passage saying Adam started to plough the Ground,It was Cain who set up a First -Farm.He is also careful to bring his first harvest as sacrifice.Cain's heart thought about the carelessness of his daddy and how it brings punishment from God.So,he try to please God by his own efforts.
            He tend and take care of the Farm.He respects the Lord by bringing the sacrifice first and first quality of his harvest .Still He got rejected.Abel was a sheep Farmer his heart was fixed in the mercy of God ,How he clothed his Father and Mother by sacrificing a animal.He understood that God forgave his father and mother  because of his grace.He clothed and protect them because of his sheer grace not by any efforts made by their parents.
             When ever Abel sacrifice a sheep before the Lord he remembered his loving kindness ,his prophesy of messiah and through messiah how he going to get the eternal life.Therefore Abel sacrificed a sheep in remembrance of the First clothing God gave to the human kind.God accepted Abel's Sacrifice and rejected Cain because he tried to please God through his own efforts.
            Abel understood that after the light had taken away from human kind only God's Grace will clothe them.God too remember his Grace for mankind.Cain made a big mistake by approving the efforts of his parents who cloth themselves with fig tree leaves that is not sufficient to cover them.What's the use of remembering our own deeds before God like pharisee? .Cain couldn't see the effort of God taken for sake of them.He can only see what he can do.In contrary Abel could see what God did for them and grateful for that.No wonder God accepted Abel over Cain.

Our biggest enemy

            Self-righteousness is the largest idol of the human heart - the idol which man loves most and God hates most. Dearly beloved, you will always be going back to this idol. You are always trying to be something in yourself, to gain God's favour by thinking little of your sin, or by looking to your repentance, tears, prayers ; or by looking to your religious exercises, your frames, etc; or by looking to your graces, the Spirit's work in your heart. Beware of false Christs. Study sanctification to the utmost, but make not a Christ of it.

             Who is our  enemy ?Of course every one will answer in one voice saying Satan is our  enemy. 
Do we know that we are the biggest enemy of ourselves? We know thousands of ways to please our self.If we are rich enough ,we easily depend on our money. If we are clever and intelligent we depend on our mind for solving our problems,If we are healthy and strong enough we  forget to thank God and like to spend our time entertaining us.How much we like to make ourselves happy ?How much we like to show ourselves as religious and content when others approve our  Pharisees acts.Our self is the veil which hides the face of the LORD.Do you ever wonder why all this suffering  and humiliation even after we accepted Jesus Christ?One of the causes, our Lord may be trying to peel our self away from us.
          Self makes you the little God and hinder you from looking towards Father in Heaven.It always says you  are good enough to take care of yourselves.For some of us , get rid of self is the huge problem but some can easily submit themselves to the Lord.
Isaiah 28:27 says,
            For dill is not threshed with a threshing sledge Nor is the cartwheel driven over cummin; But dill is beaten out with a rod, and cummin with a club.

          In order to get the goodness from the grain it must be threshed according to their types. That is, pulse in general, beans, peas, dill, cummin, etc., are easily beaten out with a stick or flail.Some grains need cart wheel to run over and get threshed.
            According to keil and Delitzsch commentary on the old bible says,The punishments and chastisements of Jehovah are the ploughshare and harrow, with which He forcibly breaks up, turns over, and furrows this field. But this does not last for ever. When the field has been thus loosened, smoothed, and rendered fertile once more, the painful process of ploughing is followed by a beneficent sowing and planting in a multiform and wisely ordered fulness of grace.
                          `Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and repent and do the deeds you did at first; or else I am coming to you and will remove your lampstand out of its place--unless you repent.(Rev 2:5).So as the bible says
we must check our heart and dedicate us to the Lord.
 In hebrews 12:5-13 The holy bible advices as follows,
  

      "and you have forgotten the exhortation which is addressed to you as sons, "MY SON, DO NOT REGARD LIGHTLY THE DISCIPLINE OF THE LORD, NOR FAINT WHEN YOU ARE REPROVED BY HIM;

FOR THOSE WHOM THE LORD LOVES HE DISCIPLINES, AND HE SCOURGES EVERY SON WHOM HE RECEIVES."

It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline?

But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons.

Furthermore, we had earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits, and live?

For they disciplined us for a short time as seemed best to them, but He disciplines us for our good, so that we may share His holiness.

All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.

Therefore, strengthen the hands that are weak and the knees that are feeble,

and make straight paths for your feet, so that the limb which is lame may not be put out of joint, but rather be healed".

        

Mother's love is always a special thing

If you don't know how to respect all people equally, then you better admit that you don't know how to love them as well.

Forgiveness is the way of Life(4)

                    In the previous article we have seen how we came under the influence of fruit of knowledge and how it influencing our emotions till now by feeling good and bad about everything we know.

            The First sin of Adam and Eve is dis obedience to God's Word.In another way,disobedience is nothing but rebellion in disguise.The very same sin Lucifer committed.Satan made eve believe his false words and stripped them off their dominion and the light.Dis obedience to Lord eventually leads us to rebel against him.In Ephesians2:2 it says ,whoever disobeys God and rebels against him  are under the control of devil.Look at the verse. 

            In which at one time you walked [habitually]. You were following the course and fashion of this world [were under the sway of the tendency of this present age], following the prince of the power of the air. [You were obedient to and under the control of] the [demon] spirit that still constantly works in the sons of disobedience [the careless, the rebellious, and the unbelieving, who go against the purposes of God]. 

               May be we can say I am christian,I am saved ,I give tithes and offerings ,even you can do ministry but only we know that whether we are obeying God in all matters.Its so shocking to see amplified bible use the words careless and unbelieving  to imply the word disobedience.

               when we  see how much carelessness and unbelief rooted in our christian lives now it is the cause of all the problems we face.

therefore,we must be careful.In Hebrews 3:12

[Therefore beware] brethren, take care, lest there be in any one of you a wicked, unbelieving heart [which refuses to cleave to, trust in, and rely on Him], leading you to turn away and desert or stand aloof from the living God. 

         Writer of Hebrews said this to the people who were saved in the name of Christ,who begin the journey believing him.Remember all Israelites  who started out their journey from Egypt did not end up in Canaan just because of their unbelieving nature.won't they led by Moses?yes, they were.won't they celebrate pass over? yes ,they were.Won't they see miracles and wonders of God on the way?Yes ,they were,but still they didn't believe God.Therefore  Hebrews 3:19 says

So we see that they were not able to enter [into His rest], because of their unwillingness to adhere to and trust in and rely on God [unbelief had shut them out].

          We can see it as a small disobedience but the consequences it lead us is a pit of danger.This disobedience is the plant which has the branches of careless,unwillingness in purpose of God,unbelief At last it will grown into the full tree of rebellion.What will happen to this tree .In Mathew chapter 3:10 John the baptist says,

            And already the ax is lying at the root of the trees; every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 

             we really should heed the advice of Jesus "Be alert and pray"

                  Everyone knows the destination but very few know the way to reach it.We need a transport ,money , guidance and other miscellaneous things while we are in a journey. We all know God is our ultimate destination.We all have a life after death ,This life is not going to finish in Earth itself.We are in the journey to meet God,to be one with God.How do you make sure if you are in the right path?.
               Jesus is the way to God.when we follow his footsteps we can be so sure that we are in the right path.He is the ladder from Jacob's dream.Through him we receive all blessings and guidance and all goodness  from THE JEHOVAH.We call and look unto the Almighty Lord as our own Father through Christ.What a precious blessing it is!

Beware of End times

             Have you ever wondered why God fearing people are getting trampled and humiliated?. Some people goes to the extent of saying "There is no God ,if God is alive he would not have let his children(good people) suffer like this". Do you ever felt the scarcity of Love?. You may hear it from the people born in 50's or 60's living now.They always say that their generation loves each other better than this younger generation.Is that true or just a whining of old people?. Are you among the one who often seriously think that moral conduct in this world is gradually degrading?
            People were running madly behind money and fame.All of us are so busy and stressed out with our lives ,we have no time for others.If you consider needy and poor, empathized with others in the helpless situation ,moved into tears when you sympathized with people ,do you think people will hail you and love you back for your kindness and politeness ? certainly not .Sooner or later you will be titled as "fool". Deep inside everyone of us long to experience the selfless love(I am not talking about romantic relationships,we people tend to imagine filmy love whenever we heard the word"Love".I am sick of it) but no one is ready to show the real Love because it will make you vulnerable to the people with bad motives.The saddest part is,we could not identify the people with bad and good motives.People changes rapidly now-a-days.we can't say for sure this man will always do good things for me.
          These days Mutual trust between people are fading and it results in the lack of love.What does the bible says about this situation?
2 Timothy 3:1-5

BUT UNDERSTAND this, that in the last days will come (set in) perilous times of great stress and trouble [hard to deal with and hard to bear].

For people will be lovers of self and [utterly] self-centered, lovers of money and aroused by an inordinate [greedy] desire for wealth, proud and arrogant and contemptuous boasters. They will be abusive (blasphemous, scoffing), disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy and profane.

[They will be] without natural [human] affection (callous and inhuman), relentless (admitting of no truce or appeasement); [they will be] slanderers (false accusers, troublemakers), intemperate and loose in morals and conduct, uncontrolled and fierce, haters of good.

[They will be] treacherous [betrayers], rash, [and] inflated with self-conceit. [They will be] lovers of sensual pleasures and vain amusements more than and rather than lovers of God.

For [although] they hold a form of piety (true religion), they deny and reject and are strangers to the power of it [their conduct belies the genuineness of their profession]. Avoid [all] such people [turn away from them].

            
                    Indeed we are living in the last days!

Bible and the rivers -Pishon

               All living beings flourished around water.Rivers carries the water from one place to another and make the land it flows fertile.Rivers are essential for life.In bible ,blessings are denoted as rivers.God gave rivers for the sake of us,It itself a blessing for man kind.Therefore ,when bible talks about blessing it symbolized it as a river. In Isaiah 48:18 "If only you had paid attention to my commandment then your well-being would have been like a river,and your righteousness like the waves of the sea"

         So I thought it would be good to meditate about the rivers in the bible.First is always special,the first river name we've seen in bible is pishon.In Genesis 2:10,11,12 "From Eden a river flowed out to water the garden,then divided into four river.The first one is the pishon river that flows through the land of havilah where pure gold,rare perfumes and precious stones are found" . In king James version

 Genesis 2:11,12  "The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold;

And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone"

           As we read this verse we could spot the first land that was named as Havilah.I am not going to enter into the controversies where the land might be originally located.The possible meaning of the name Havilah is stretch of sand or circular or that suffers from pain.Probably Havilah must be the first place where Adam and Eve lived.As the name implies mankind suffers from the pain bring forth by the curse.Name of the River Pishon means "great diffusion" that is spreading light from the light source.This pishon river ran in a circular way ,it encompassed the whole land.The word of God says"

The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them". 

                When the man who made by sand suffers in pain writhing in agony our only Lord Jesus came to Earth to spread the light in our hearts.Jesus is the Light.When he encompass us our heart will be pure,filled with the wisdom of his Word.Gold denotes wisdom given by God and his Word.When Pishon flows around Havilah not only gold but bdellium and onyx stone were also found.bdellium is a resin which has a healing property .It is like myrrh.God heals the hearts of his people.In Jeremiah 8:22

                "Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then has not the health of the daughter of my people been restored?" we could see it is used for healing.We will be healed when the living water flow among us.Jesus is the balm of Gilead.He cleanse our hearts ,heal our wounds.Wherever the river flows onyx stones were also found.

                 Our Lord  chose us and make us shine when we trust Jesus ,when we encompass by him.Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life."When we follow him Jesus said "You are the light of the world".He wants us to shine like a precious stone.He wants us to be like him.Jesus only can bring complete transformation in us.

              Again  We read about onyx stone in exodus 28:9-12.There we see how the high priest Aaron bear the names of the Israel engraved in two onyx stones.The onyx stones were attached to the shoulder piece of Ephod.Our High priest Jesus Christ also bear us in his shoulder in the form of cross.Oh! What a Great God we have.Let Elohim say in our hearts "Let there be light". What a glorious change his one word will bring to us.

        

          

         

What does the Bible says about saving our environment?

               Bible is neither a book of superstitions nor mere stories.Many teenagers tend to think that they don't need God just because of the tremendous technology growth.Our modern culture and technology  raise an alarm to save trees .Our scientists are talking endlessly about Global warming and ozone depletion.The only solution for this problem is to grow trees.People shows concern now after they've done considerable damage to our planet.
            The endless researches , with all these inventions and technology  didn't help to stop cutting down of trees.We don't understand what we could do to replenish the forests.The Global warming is still a growing issue .If we had listen to what the Holy Bible says we would have stopped this issue earlier.Bible condemns those who cut down trees even for their own necessity.It may be a  war emergency but God strictly prohibits cutting down of trees for our own selfishness.Let's take a look at a verse                                                   
             " When you are attacking a town, don’t chop down its fruit trees, not even if you have had the town surrounded for a long time. Fruit trees aren’t your enemies, and they produce food that you can eat, so don’t cut them down.  You may need wood to make ladders and towers to help you get over the walls and capture the town. But use only trees that you know are not fruit trees"(Deuteronomy 20:19).
              God gave it as a Law.How keen he is to keep our surrounding safe! but look at us .We are gradually polluting and destroying this planet for our own selfishness.We polluted water in Earth and now searching for water in Mars. Even if we are provided with ten more planets like Earth still we are going to pollute that places too.aren't we?. If we are not willing to change ourselves our surrounding will not going to change by itself. What we just do is endlessly blaming others and authorities,sometimes we find ourselves sitting on a couch in front of T.V after a very bad day with boss we tend to blame God too(ha ha I did this often). We need a big change in our attitude ,then only we are able to develop our environment.Its not too late to get back to the bible  and walk in the light of the word of God.

Bible is for the  weakest  who seek help rather than those who think that they are strong enough to do anything

God sent his son They called him Jesus

                " Sweet are the uses of adversity,
Which, like the toad, ugly and venomous,
Wears yet a precious jewel in his head;
And this our life, exempt from public haunt,
Finds tongues in trees, books in the running brooks,
Sermons in stones, and good in every thing". It's a quote from shakespeare"As you like it".We all say everything happen for good but what profit exactly.What are we going to gain from misery.Like Shakespeare said miseries are very much ugly,venomous toad, but what does the precious jewel in its  head meant to be?
                 The other day I was reading  a book which explains how to get rid of Anger.It elaborate how our brain responds to the problematic situation.We are planted with trigger points which makes us angry,which makes us afraid or cry right from our childhood.I pondered over what I read and I started to count the trigger points I have throughout my life till now.Like a wave in a ocean we human beings were tossed and turned,crashed on the rocks.our heart were broken so many times ,we were rejected by others so many times the fact is they too rejected by  some others.How easily we forget others.
              Then I remember this verse (mathew5:48)"You must always act like your father in heaven" Jesus did . He act like his father in heaven when he came as a man.He is equal to Father in heaven .He is perfect .How could I supposed to do that?. Jesus is born good .He is the perfect second Adam .The very Adam before the curse.
               Jesus is God so that he could do everything I concluded.Then again I remember another verse (Hebrews 5:8)Jesus is God’s own Son, but still he had to suffer before he could learn what it really means to obey God.  Suffering made Jesus perfect, and now he can save forever all who obey him. 
                What ?????Suffering made Jesus perfect . God the father allow his own son to suffer so that he could learn to obey.Yes Jesus need not have to obey anyone when he was with his father.When he came to earth he must obey  Father in heaven then His mother and Dad in Earth. God Teach his own son through suffering not by any other means.I wonder then the same procedure will be applied for us also when we want to be like Jesus .Therefore when we pray LORD change me like you,he allow us to suffer and lmake us learn valuable things.If these sufferings could change me like Jesus then it's well worth it.It would definitely be a precious Jewel in life.
             
                  

It could happen to you

                       I sincerely felt that we Christians doesn't have the reverend awe as we sing in our choirs.when I compare myself to the people of other religion seeing how much they fear God .I felt we are taking grant of God and says our self soothingly  "'ooh .our God is so compassionate". I am not talking about everyone but some of us are developing hard skin .We always want God to comfort us when we are hurt ,we always want him to cajole us  and want him to say "you got no fault darling,other person only wronged you so much.You don't worry".
                     I personally feel it doesn't work in this way .If you sincerely could not forget what someone did to you and you ask God that you want to forget that.Do you think God will sent a angel to spread some magical wand over your head?some times God chose the hard way to teach you He will send something more hurting than that.
                      We then start to feel that old pain is nothing and we should understand that God is not intended to hurt us.He wants us to have broad perspective about life.He wants to teach us like he taught Jesus by trials and tribulation.Next time if u find yourself in a hard place don't blame anyone he may teaching you something.

Forgiveness is the way of life(3)

              In the last chapter we have seen how the fall of Adam and Eve happened.

               Genesis 3:7
                           Then the eyes of both were opened,and they knew that they were naked;and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves aprons.
                When their eyes opened the very first thing they sense is about feeling bad about themselves.They felt so bad because they are naked.Before that,they didn't know what bad is or particularly what good they do to make it better.God made them perfect they look perfect to each other.No way Adam said "hey Eve ,whassup you didn't look good today" or "I don't feel like doing my work today" before the curse.
               Now they started feeling good and bad in everything.God created them in his own image .They must be perfect but now their feelings and perception started to distort.This is the first ever feeling they experienced.This gene certainly must have passed down from generation to generation.
               We men and women simply don't like our looks and get satisfied with that.Something often make us feel bad like"My hair is not good enough"' ," I am too tall" ,"I am too short" ,"I am fat"," I am skinny" list goes on.Even if they look so good they too do something to take care of their beauty.Now please don't misunderstand me we must take care of ourselves and present us neat and orderly in public but the question is, Do we  worry about our looks more than our heart? or simply  "feeling bad about your body "just because some one or every one says you're not pretty or handsome.
               If we have this anguish in our heart  we must remember the verse"Let us make man in our image ,after our likeness....."(Genesis1:26). We must try not to trust our distorted feelings with everything. When we are feeling bad or feeling too good we must not swept away by that.we must pray and ask god for balance in our feelings.Word of God will give us wisdom and enlighten us.So this is how Adam and started to felt good and bad through the fruit of knowledge.

Forgiveness is the way of life(2)

Its the continuation of the previous article.
               Why did this evil enforce us to do something which we don't like or we later  feel bad about .We all know the story of Adam and Eve and most of us skip the part while reading bible as we know the story too well.What happened back in Eden Garden is not a mere story , Its the most crucial thing that changed the destiny of human generation.
               Adam and Eve  took the fruit from tree of knowledge without knowing the consequences. I heard of someone came up with a question like this"Why didn't God came and snatch that fruit to throw it away from them". Remember Not only God is our Father, He is a mighty King and righteous judge.We human just want to blame others for our faults(again adam's character!).
               We forget to think that lord was walking with them daily and they certainly know he was the creator .The next valuable thing they know without doubt(because now we wretched human beings are struggling with doubts most of the time like"Lord are you there ? why is this happening to me?")is the love of the creator.They surely know how much he loved them.Can I ask one question ?
            Do any one of us allow our colleague or fellow to get all the credit for what you've done?"I got so much appreciation and rewards so this time I give my work to him completely so that he can earn his credits .will you ever do that?. God gave them complete dominion over the earth he created.Adam and eve was fully aware of that.
            But one day (very bad day for whole of us) Satan came into the garden in the form of Serpent.I always wonder why should Satan come in the form of serpent when he can gain more confidence from Eve by his real angelic form.Yes,God must have already warned them about Lucifer and how he wants to be like God.A caring father will definitely do that .This truth is even more painful.Eve just believed that serpent that came from nowhere more than God who love them,who feed them,who gave all the treasures of Earth.That's not it.Eve also wanted to be like God even after God told them what had happened with Lucifer.
Do you think its easy for God to see them go astray?
              No,Certainly No.But it must be painful for him to watch them going away from him.(As a God fearing Christians we too feel like betrayed sometimes when we do all the goodness and showering love upon people in return they ignore us like a dirt.It is so painful to see some one we love walk away from us ,betray us in return to all the love and care we showed to them).
         Clearly that is the choice of Adam and Eve.Our God doesn't force anyone to do his will.Even angels have self will but they submit to God totally.
        Why he gave us self -will?
                   sometimes I feel like it would be better to be a robot not having any will rather than carrying this rotten self along with me.I just want our Lord Jesus to take over the remote control to handle , control and guide me. What a rest it would be .I will never speak a wrong word or do any foolish act. Everything will be perfect.
                  We must understand he doesn't created us to have a pet.He didn't need servants to carry out the orders.He already have millions and millions of angels to do what he say. Then what else he need from us? what could we give to him?
                  A selfless true love . Then why didn't he create us a Robot so that we will end up in heaven easily? Because he respect us truly. He respect our feelings ,decision(its our call whom do we want to be with .with Jesus or with world ).A true man and a lover will surely respect his ladylove.Whoever love his wife truly will respect her also.Can anyone deny that?A good father will surely respect his children.Our God Almighty did that too.
Which one of you fathers would give your hungry child a snake if the child asked for a fish?  
           Which one of you would give your child a scorpion if the child asked for an egg?  As bad as you are, you still know how to give good gifts to your children. But your heavenly Father is even more ready to give the Holy Spirit to anyone who asks.(Luke 11:11).

A little big story read somewhere

An atheist was seated next to a little girl on an airplane and he turned to her and said, "Do you want to talk? Flights go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passenger."

The little girl, who had just started to read her book, replied to the total stranger, "What would you want to talk about?"

"Oh, I don't know," said the atheist. "How about why there is no God, or no Heaven or Hell, or no life after death?" as he smiled smugly.

"Okay," she said. "Those could be interesting topics but let me ask you a question first. A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat the same stuff - grass. Yet a deer excretes little pellets, while a cow turns out a flat patty, but a horse produces clumps. Why do you suppose that is?"

The atheist, visibly surprised by the little girl's intelligence,
thinks about it and says, "Hmmm, I have no idea." To which
the little girl replies, "Do you really feel qualified to discuss
God, Heaven and Hell, or life after death, when you don't know shit?"

And then she went back to reading her book.

Things the Lord hates and detests -Part I

There are many deadly sins The Lord detest in human kind.The sad part is we are not aware of those in us.

Haughty eyes

          

               When Nebuchadnezzar said within himself with a pride "is not this the great Babylon I have built for my glory and to show off my power"The moment these words came out of his mouth ,An angel appeared and announced the punishment given to him.He was driven away from his kingdom.

             "I know everything .you don't have to tell me" ,"you are nothing before me", "you must obey me because I know everything"

             These are the sentences we blurted out when people hurt our pride or simply you can show haughtiness with rough look.We are all take  pride about ourselves for being someone or accomplishing something in our life.It may be money , children , Status ,job etc.,

             If we going to take pride in something in our life and concentrate and cherish that part only means we are going to lose balance.

Yes, pride will make you lose your balance in life.

             Everything is temporary in this life.The problem is we don't know which one we lose and which one we hold till at last.That's why we must humble ourselves before God.Accepting our weakness and ask him to protect us only make us stronger.

             when people mock at where you kept your pride in you will be deeply hurt.This is the reason behind teenage girls and boys standing in front of the mirror all day long to correct their looks.They don't want to be hurt or mocked by others.

             If they keep this verse in their mind their fear will be far away.

              "So then,banish anxiety from your and  cast off the troubles of your body for youth and vigor are meaningless".(ecclessiastes11:10)

       Understanding haughtiness through Job's Life :-

                       We won't be haughty if we have the outlook of Job over life.Even though he was came over by strife and tribulation in his life he never opened his mouth to blasphemy JEHOVAH.He simply says "shall we accept good from god not trouble" because he never had a pride over his possessions or his rich status.Job took pride in his righteousness.He always thought he did right things before God , Indeed he did.Even God approved his deeds and considered him as a Righteous Man.Job does not know the argument between God and Satan over job's righteousness.         

                     When Job's friends came over and offend his righteousness as this is the moment to belittle him ,It hurts Job deeply.What Job had is pride in his righteousness ,it only hurt himself and what his friends had is haughtiness to taunt others,to belittle others ,looking for the right time to smack Job down.That's why the lord got angry with Job's friends.As Job is a humble person he prayed for them.The Lord once again accepted job's prayer .Thus it ends well.

            No one ever want to be called as fools.when we take a look at what bible says i can say everyone of us has foolishness to certain extent.
       
          Let's analyse us in the light of God's word.

1.A fool is hot-headed and reckless (proverbs 14:;16)

2.A quick-tempered man does foolish things(pro 14:17)

3.Fools detest turning from evil (pro13:19)

4.A foolish man despises his mother (pro 15:20)

5. A fool finds no pleasure in understanding but delights in airing his own opinions.(pro 18:2)
 

How to support your children

1.Children has the great capacity of understanding in  what they are interested.Do not smother them by saying " she or he's just a little child".

2.Children learn by watching so practice what you are telling them to do.
for eg:wake up early before telling hem to do so.

3.Children loves attention and affection from their parents constantly. If they didn't get that they may try to gather it by improper behavior.Let them know your concern for them.Don't make them think you are worrying for them.

4.Tell them what are the hardships you are facing  and what are you doing  to got over your problems.You will be surprised to see your children actively take part in discussion and come up with alternate solution.Not only that it improves their responsibility as a part of the family.

5.Even though they're capable of doing great things do not drive them crazy towards their goal.Do not show them the only goal is to earn money.Be a fortress for them when they need comfort.

          Remember, every parent has the responsibility of building a good society.

Forgiveness is the way of life!(1)

                       we  always had a habit of holding grudges against the people who wronged us.In this wretched world people often hurt ,kill,wrath ,grudge ,dishonour, and so on against others.if we watch carefully one can notice characters opposite to the above mentioned negative qualities inside him.Amazing ain't it?.We are often pushed to show the negative qualities rather than the positive qualities .
                   In order to show the positive character we must have to work hard.when some person confront us with his negative character we are pushed too far to show our negative character to make him scare away.That's why we all praise the man who keep his calm when he is  facing troubles to make him bitter , wrath even to revenge.Those who show anger ,raising his voice on others are seen as a man of influence. "patience is virtue" is an old saying which losing its significance gradually. Bible emphasize the value of patience in James chapter 3 verse 5-10.
                 ⁵ Our tongues are small too, and yet they brag about big things.
It takes only a spark to start a forest fire! ⁶ The tongue is like a spark. It is an evil power that dirties the rest of the body and sets a person’s entire life on fire with flames that come from hell itself. ⁷ All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles, and sea creatures can be tamed and have been tamed. ⁸ But our tongues get out of control. They are restless and evil, and always spreading deadly poison.
^9-10 My dear friends, with our tongues we speak both praises and curses. We praise our Lord and Father, and we curse people who were created to be like God, and this isn’t right.
         Isn't our heavenly father showing us the higher way of life . The tree is always identified by its fruit.Everyone knows the truth that we have both positive and negative qualities inside of us.In china they call it as yin and yang.Every religion in this world accepts the fact good person also have some bad qualities ,bad person too have some good inside them.The qualities we show or how we act before everyone determines our character.
           As we know we are made up of good and evil,why this evil overcome us easily not the good?why its easy for us to show anger rather be patient?

My Mom's recipe

           My mother knows how to do something different  from what others are doing.but she is always unaware of this fact.I never saw my dad flattering my mom for her culinary skills so she always think she's not that good in cooking.
        Truth is ,Dad always loves my mom's cooking but he is not expressive.I think most of the husbands failed in this area of appreciating their wife's skills so that they believe they can't do anything better for the rest of their lives.Now -a-days situation is different ladies get education ,standing on their own feet . ladies are becoming career -oriented too.back then in 70's women are totally family oriented .They rely on their husband's appreciation and encouragement for happiness. I don't blame my Dad ,in India ,men are brought up like they are some what superior and special than women.I can say most of the men doesn't know the true value of women and the real meaning of marriage.I doubt the same for women too.
         I remember the words i hear somewhere "Treat your wife like a queen you are a king already".I feel some men are afraid to treat their wife in that way just because "what if she starts dominating me?" or They simply felt "I don't want my wife to compete with me". May be they let her earn and career oriented but the honest comment on her actions only make her shine brighter.
         some men are blind to their wife's flaws and they simply gave  her a nod for everything.They like to be submissive in  order to escape from conflict between them. So these women starts to believe whatever they're doing is right.not at all.
         Honest criticisms are necessary for personal growth and good bonding between relation ships.I personally feel people are misusing this criticism .They like to overdoing it again and again until the relationship got rotten.If you love somebody truly then your criticism will help them grow and achieve their goal in life.some criticize others for pleasure ,some doing it just to bring someone to their knees.
         Insecurities inside us always bring bad comments.We must correct ourselves in the area we criticize others.Then only we know the problems they are facing and the empathy for them will grow.
         Every individual is different in their own way if we learn to respect the differnce most of the problems will be easily solved.

Sweet memories

Yesterday
         I was watching a talk show there they are dicussing about debilitating jobs .Those work were once praised and many showed their interest to learn now its going unrecognised.
        Its so painful to see farming or being a farmer is not giving them the recognition and importance they deserve to have.Not only Agriculture other sub jobs such as pottery,cattle breeding and other village arts are also gradually disappearing .I believe personally only thing everyone can do is to respect the people who earns their living by hardworking .I must underline the word  "RESPECT"  coz its the very needy thing  present in all kind of relationships.It may be Father-son,mother-in-law-daughter -in-law or business partners or even romantic relationships.
       Well.My Father always told me that .He respects everyone irrespective of their jobs and age.I am proud to say that .I always remember his gardening passion.He likes to use mud pot in summer season while many people of his rank would go for refrigerator and other beverages.When I was young Dad and me buried  shallots in the wetsoil to see how it is growing ,wet soil is used as a support for pot to stand and it always kept the water cool. besides Water get its taste slightly from the mud  and it will do no harm.
        Now our kids  have the habit of drinking refrigerated water .For some of us its a status symbol to have fridge and store all beverages to just show off.
        We are storing all the veggies to left -over food and eatin it 3days old without complaining .I don't understand it's boon or bane.I wonder whether next generation know how this mud pot look like.
        As the world goes ,we people are also going doesn't know where would this might end up.
 

A genuine friend

               I always remermber my friend kavitha for her character.she is a kind of person you can come across very rarely.she's my only friend in my undergraduate years.I am not the kind of person look so pretty and get appreciation for every thing I do.It deeply affects my mind and most of the time I prefer to be alone .
              she was kind to me .she always encourage and appreciate me.she told me to join the drill practice which was held on independence day.Even though many girls didn't like me there just because I was fat! One lecturer came to me and said "Don't join drill any more".
on that day of drill unfortunately my bus break down and i was late.she 's the girl all along with me throughout the day . she was a great support to me that i will never forget. 
            I don't know how she is now.she may be changed .That one act of random kindness really helped me cope up with my stress back then.
